This Formosa Village 2 bedroom apartment is beautifully furnished and very well equipped. The condo is front-row block to the lagoon with a gate from the swimming pool area straight onto the promenade and less than 5 minute walk to the Fuzeta beach, shops, markets, restaurants, bars, train station and ferry to Fuzeta/Armona island also offering trips around the islands.
The apartment has WiFi, air con in both bedrooms and living room, allocated underground garage space, a 40" smart TV with foreign language channels, sea views of the Ria Formosa Nature Reserve lagoon. The condo’s own communal pool (18m long plus children’s paddling pool area) is set in gardens with sun and shaded areas with sun loungers; and an elevator to all floors.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower cubicle. The second bedroom has 2 single beds. There is also a main bathroom with bath, shower and bidet. Both bedrooms have floor to ceiling wardrobes and all linen and towels are provided.
The large living room with integrated dining area with dining table seating for 4 makes it a great family apartment, as there is also a sofa bed in the living area, so comfortably accommodates 4 persons.
Both bedrooms and living room are equipped with A/C.
The kitchen is equipped to a very high standard with everything you would need to cook family meals: fridge/freezer, gas stove, electric oven, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, lots of pots and pans and oven-proof dishes, dishwasher. In the adjoining utility room there is a washing machine, wall-to-wall extendable drying line, clothes airer; cool box for days out at the beach and some beach equipment.
You can enjoy dining al fresco on the balcony with table and chairs and sun loungers.
The apartment has excellent WiFi, TV with various foreign language channels and a DVD player with lots of DVDs provided.
