This lovely 2 bedroom apartment is set in a peaceful location, in Monte da Balaia complex  while only a short walk to nearby restaurants and the beautiful beaches of Maria Luisa, Santa Eulalia & Olhos de Água and only a short drive from the busy Albufeira old town.

Sleeping up to 4 pax there is a double and a twin bedroom, plus two bathrooms for your comfort making this an ideal family apartment. The spacious living area has wifi so you can keep in touch with home or the office while the superb terrace is a great spot for unwinding on your holiday, whether enjoying a lazy breakfast or relaxing with a book and a glass of wine and as it is not overlooked by other apartments it gives you privacy.

The apartment is well equipped and comfortable with air conditioning all other the place. We can provide a highchair for small children and cot (upon request). There is TV with international channels & DVD player is available for your entertainment. The fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher means you can enjoy cooking & dining al-fresco without having to wash up and a washing machine  even allows you to go home with all your laundry done ! 

The large swimming  & smaller childrens pool is set in the central gardens and private sunbeds are stored and available for your use.

Only a 5 minutes walk takes you into the village of Olhos d´Água which has kept it´s old fishing village charm offering restaurants, shops & bars plus a well stocked supermarket and fresh fruit, veg and fish market .

You can jump on a local bus to the neighbouring towns of Vilamoura and Albufeira to discover a little more of what the Algarve has to offer.
