The Living Group was created in 2009 by the joining together of “Ideal Living” , a Company focused on providing high quality, low cost furniture packages to the Algarve and “Luso Living” a successful Property Management , Rental & Condominium company. This created the necessary synergy to provide our clients a one stop shop for all services related to owning a property in the Algarve.
Recently, as part of our expansion plans, we have opened another furniture showroom & head office in Lagos in addition to our Olhos d’Agua – Albufeira base and invested further in our fleet of vehicles and maintenance equipment to ensure a quality, on the ground 24/7 service to our customers.
Having worked successfully together over a number of years our team can now provide a full in house service from furnishing your holiday home, ready for your own or tenants use, to assisting with rental licenses, cleaning, meet and greet services along with those extra touches such as food welcome packs for those late night arrivals. You can be confident that your property is well looked after by guests and is also secure when unoccupied along with ensuring any problems arising in your absence receive the best possible care and attention.
We, the partners Malcolm, Karen & Afonso, have listened carefully to our clients over the past 20 years and understand that, having made an investment in Portugal, peace of mind that your property is in good hands is essential.
